Captain Mindfulness: Superhero Academy
A multidisciplinary class has been developed by a PT, OT and SLP team. This class will showcase how positive thinking can help strengthen your body and your mind. Activities will focus on ways to build confidence through self-talk, movement, writing and art. This class is geared towards children of all abilities in grades k-2.
